  Habitat Pasture that adjoins mature woodland. The moth favours gorse, scrub or bracken cover when available. Foodplant Common bent and creeping soft-grass below pedunculate oak. Lifestage data Overwinters as a small larva amongst the grasses. Larva August-May. Pupates in a cocoon just below the soil. |
